	Submission/Nomination format	Online +1 signed hard copy addressed to IIM HO
5	Self -Declaration	a) Self-declaration provision in the Online Application form: Online No proven sexual harassment case. No proven corruption cases. No safety violation at workplace. No criminal case.
6	Selection Process	Two Tier
7	Particulars Notification Applications Submission deadline Declaration of Results	April end June 9^th 1^st week of October
8	Minimum number of years of experience required	Life time Achievement Awards : 30 National Metallurgist Day Awards: 20 Metallurgist of the Year: 10 Young Metallurgist of the year: 5

*Normally the applications received for life time achievement award, NMD Industry Award & NMD Education/ Research award are not circulated for evaluation but are placed in the meeting for discussion and finalisation of awardees.
